Gather energy data and transform into accessible information in EnerSuite (off site)

EnerSuite will unify all energy data and allow management to measure, track, and report energy use and changes. This allows EnerSuite to accept data from all subsequent building energy analysis programs. Our platform will:

1. Gather and input individual building energy data into EnerSuite
2. Correct data for billing days and model rates to correct for tariff changes
3. Check bills for accuracy and best rates
4. Benchmark buildings using Energy Star Rating to rank buildings’ relative performance
5. Develop realistic energy budgets

Study individual building operations, performance and comfort issues to determine potential savings (on site)

1. Interview occupants to determine operational schedules
2. Work with your building level personnel to identify building history, problems, changes, maintenance schedules and support services/contracts
3. Identify and understand the control systems for lighting and HVAC systems
4. Do preliminary study of building performance using sensors.
5. Use EnerSuite’s tariff strategy analyzer to estimate savings potential
6. Set building targets for energy and GHGE reductions

Integrate all building operations and available information into EnerSuite’s Protocol (on site)

1. Configure all energy systems into heating and cooling zones for EnerSuite
2. Select energy equipment points within the zones and integrate into your customized EnerSuite Protocol
3. Gather pertinent data about each point
4. Design computer interface with building automation system (BAS) to trend data into EnerSuite or plan and deploy set of portable or wireless sensors to achieve same results
5. Enter desired operational schedules into EnerSuite
6. Have the ability to pinpoint potential problems in the operation of energy and control systems

EnerSuite analyzes data producing Recommended Actions for making operational efficiency improvements (on or off site)

1. Analyze and interpret data in EnerSuite and produce Recommended Actions to improve operational efficiency
2. Assign responsibility for correcting problems
3. Verify the corrective actions have been done properly

Analyze data using EnerSuite and produce Recommended Actions for capital equipment replacement (if necessary) and improvements (on and off site)

1. Analyze data in EnerSuite and produce Recommended Actions with precise paybacks for new equipment if necessary
2. Assign responsibility for specifying and installing equipment
3. Verify the new equipment is working properly and meets specifications

Continuous energy management (on and off site)

1. Input ongoing monthly bills, trend results and maintain all energy data and information in EnerSuite
2. In EnerSuite, set up statistical program of operational parameters to flag patterns that indicate changes and investigate suspected problems
3. Write up new RA’s to correct problems
4. Assign responsibility for having the RA’s completed
5. Issue regular reports to Engineering Staff, CEO’s, CFO’s, Environmental Managers and public relations staff on individual building, regional and corporate levels
6. Publicize proven and documented energy and GHGE reduction successes
7. Hold “energy roundtable” meetings with involved personnel, vendors and tenants
